PNG, SVG, JPG, JPEG, or single-page PDF. SVG/transparent PNG gives the best print quality.
Transparent mode works best with a plain white or very light logo background.

Exact insert sizes: 26.5 × 76 mm or 38.5 × 76 mm. In the print dialog choose Actual Size / 100%, disable Fit to Page, and turn off browser headers and footers.
